Terms of Service
What this website is, what it is not, and the basis on which we take on work. Written to be read rather than skipped.

About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the website at zyadtrading.pk. They are not the contract for a shipment. Any actual trade or service we perform for you is governed by a separate written quotation and agreement, which sets out the specification, price, Incoterm, timeline and liabilities for that particular job.
If anything in a signed quotation or contract conflicts with this page, the quotation or contract wins.
What this website is
This site describes our services, the products we commonly trade and the routes we operate on. It is intended as general information and an invitation to contact us.
Nothing on this site is a binding offer, a firm price or a guarantee of availability. Product specifications, distances, transit times and cost components shown here are indicative. Real figures depend on the supplier, the season, the border, the vessel and the volume, and they are confirmed only in a written quotation issued to you.
Quotations
A quotation from us is valid for the period stated on it. Where no period is stated, treat it as valid for seven days, because freight rates, exchange rates and commodity prices move.
A quotation is based on the information you give us. If the actual goods, weights, dimensions, packing or destination differ from what was described, the price may change, and we will tell you before proceeding rather than after.
Your responsibilities
When you engage us, you are responsible for:
- Giving accurate and complete information about the goods, their value and their intended use
- Holding whatever licences, registrations or approvals your business needs to import or export the goods
- Confirming that the goods are lawful to trade in both the origin and the destination country
- Making payments on the agreed schedule
- Approving samples, documents and specifications within a reasonable time
Misdeclared value, description or origin is the single most common cause of detained cargo and penalties. We will not file a declaration we know to be inaccurate, and we will withdraw from a job rather than do so.
Our responsibilities
We will carry out the services described in your quotation with reasonable skill and care, keep you informed of material developments, and account honestly for third-party costs we pass through to you.
We do not control customs authorities, port operators, shipping lines, border conditions, weather or government policy. Where those cause delay or additional cost, we will tell you promptly and work to limit the impact, but we cannot guarantee an outcome that is not in our hands.
Prohibited and restricted goods
We do not handle goods whose import or export is prohibited under Pakistani law or the law of the destination country, and we do not handle goods subject to sanctions or export controls that would make the movement unlawful.
We also decline weapons, narcotics, counterfeit goods, protected wildlife products and anything designed to evade lawful customs or currency controls. If a proposed structure is not lawful, we will say so directly and we will not proceed with it.
Payments
Payment terms are set in each quotation. We operate only through lawful, documented banking channels and compliant trade instruments. Where a corridor makes payment difficult, we will propose a structure that works within the rules rather than around them.
Third-party costs such as freight, duty, taxes and port charges are passed through with documentation. Where a figure in a quotation is an estimate rather than a fixed cost, it is marked as such.
Liability
Our liability in connection with any service is limited to the fees we charged you for that service, except where the law does not allow such a limit. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit, lost contracts or lost market opportunity.
Cargo insurance is a separate matter and is not automatic. We can arrange marine or inland insurance on request, and for high-value or fragile cargo we recommend it. If insurance has not been arranged, the goods are uninsured.
Intellectual property
The content, layout, graphics and code of this website belong to Zyad Trading. You may read, share and quote it, and link to it freely. You may not copy the site wholesale, present it as your own, or use our name or logo to imply a relationship that does not exist.
Third-party links
This site links to external services such as mapping and messaging platforms. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Individual trade contracts may specify a different governing law or arbitration forum, and where they do, that choice applies to that contract.
Contact
Questions about these terms can go to info@zyadtrading.pk or +92 314 0018430. We would rather answer a question now than argue about a clause later.
